Depending on the Membership Type you apply for, you may be required to provide additional documentation demonstrating your qualification(s). You will also be asked to print and sign a declaration form and can make your membership fee payment via PayPal, a secure online payment service provider.
(If you cannot, or do not wish to make your payment online, you can enclose it with your declaration in the form of a cheque or bank draft - note that payments made in this way are subject to longer processing times).
