How do I register for an event if I am IASLT member?

IASLT members can sometimes access an event at a reduced fee.

Before registering for an event you are advised to log-in to your IASLT member account, using the log-in button on the top right of the home page
When you click the "Book Now" or "Find Out More" button, if you are not already logged in to members' area, you are brought directly to the "Log-In" form to log-in and you may then proceed to register for the event.

How do I register for an event if I am NOT an IASLT member?

Non members - Infographic

  • There may be several different fees for the same live event. Prices vary depending on a number of criteria that will be listed on the event webpage. For instance, prices may be lower for IASLT members than non-members and prices may be reduced further for an IASLT member who is also a member of a Special Interest Group (SIG), that is co-hosting a CPD event with IASLT.
  • Some events are funded by the National HSCPs Office, H.S.E. and may be available at a reduced price to SLTs who are working in the Public Health Service.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. If you begin the registration process and you don't complete the payment, when you begin the process to register for the event again, a message will pop up saying 'you have already registered for this event' . Your registration will not be complete, however, until you visit the "My Events" section of your dashboard and make your payment.
  2. Payments need to be made via the payment link provided as this is an integral step in our automatic event management system. Once you have made your payment via the link, your event registration is fully processed and you will receive your receipt and be included in other event notifications to participants.
  3. If your employer will be covering the cost of this course,  we suggest that if possible you make the payment and recoup the cost. If this isn't possible, you may also copy your payment link from the address bar of the stripe payment page you are brought to in your browser and send the link to your accounts department so that they can make the payment by card on your behalf.
Please email cpdadmin@iaslt.ie if you need any assistance  or if this will cause a delay in your payment. We will be very happy to assist you or your accounts department.

Some events due to limited capacity, require an expression of interest first, via a short questionnaire so that places are offered to applicants for whom the course has the greatest relevance. Applicants must proceed to payment once they have been offered a place.
