IASLT are delighted to bring you this opportunity to attend Workshop 2 - Leadership – Overcoming an Immunity to Change 4th June 2024.

Aim of Workshop 2: Develop skills for HSCP staff to operate and effectively manage change.

• A tool set to support you in leading change initiatives.
• Examined several approaches to influencing beyond your authority.
• Examined and differentiated alternative approaches to the management of change and their implications for management practice.
• Explored the unique challenges thrown up by the healthcare context in terms of change management and examined the potentially competing narratives of different stakeholders.
• Identified and understand the main reasons why change programmes fail.

This is an interdisciplinary event. IASLT are collaborating with IASW, SCI, ISCP, IIRRT and IICMP. A limited number of places are available to each discipline. Please note this event is open to both members and non members.
