The Adult Communication SIG invites you to join us for a virtual study day exploring communication participation from micro to macro.
The study day will consider the role of communication in enabling people to participate in everyday interactions, relationships, communities and wider society. Across the day, speakers will share perspectives on communication participation, bringing together evidence, clinical practice and practical insights.
The programme will provide opportunities to consider how we can move beyond a focus on impairment and support communication outcomes that are meaningful to the people we work with.
The study day will be relevant to those working across the spectrum of acquired communication disorders, with opportunities to consider communication participation across a range of clinical presentations and contexts.
