The National Health & Social Care Professions Office are conducting a short SmartSurvey to better understand the continuing professional development (CPD) needs and challenges experienced by Health and Social Care Professionals (HSCPs) in their current roles. Your feedback is essential in helping us design future training and development initiatives that not only support professional growth, but also align with the National Service Plan, the evolving needs of HSCPs, service requirements, and broader organisational priorities.
Please only complete this survey if you are a direct HSE or Section 38/39 employee and are one of the 26 professions included in the Health & Social Care Professions.
