We are final-year Speech and Language Therapy students at University College Cork (UCC). As part of our final-year research project, we are investigating the experiences of people with post-stroke aphasia (and their spouses/partners) in stroke support groups, and how these experiences have supported their advocacy for aphasia awareness.
